How Do I Get Saved?

New Birth is being born again into the Kingdom of God.  It is when we repent of our sins and accept Jesus Christ into our hearts.  He comes into our lives and all things become new (2 Corinthians 5:17).  It is our salvation from a life of sin and an eternity in judgment..

New Birth is the beginning of real change in your life!

Salvation is a journey (Philippians 2:12-13).  Every step of the salvation journey – the New Birth, water baptism, Spirit baptism, deliverance, healing and the daily walk with God is by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8).  How to experience the New Birth:

1)      Recognize that we are all sinners and that sin separates us from God (Romans 3:23, 6:23).

2)      Realize that God loves us and Jesus Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).

3)      Believe in Jesus, the only begotten Son of God (John 3:1 6).

4)      Confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9-10, 13).

5)      Repent of your sin, knowing God is faithful to forgive you (1John 1:9).

Have you experienced the New Birth?

If you have not and yet you believe all of the things you have just read,

you can be saved.  Just pray this prayer and mean it in your heart.

L   Lord, I recognize that I am a sinner.  I repent now of my sins, and I ask you to forgive me of all my sins and cleanse me of all unrighteousness.  I believe that God sent His Son, Jesus, to earth to die for me.  I believe that after Jesus died on the cross that He arose from the dead.  I now ask you, Lord Jesus, to come into my heart and save me.  I surrender myself to you, Lord.  I accept all that You accomplished on the cross for me, and I apply it to my life now.  Father God, I ask that You reveal Yourself and Your will to me.  That work which you have just begun, I ask that you seal it and complete it in me.  I confess that Jesus is Lord and Savior in my life, and I thank you, Lord for saving me.

        In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
